15h00                                               Guests to arrive and make their way to the Fynbos Gardens.

15h30                                               Wedding Ceremony

Pre-Reception                        Canapes and Sparkling Wine will be served during Photographs

Wedding Reception         A 3-Course Meal will be served. All drinks will be included at no cost to guests.

Hotel Policy for Guests

The reception will end no later than 10h30.
During the reception, guests are to be respectful of the privacy of the other residents of the Hotel and remain in the designated areas within reason.
Due to Health and Safety stipulations the removal of any leftover food items is not permitted. The Atlantic Marquee as per South Africa law is strictly a non-smoking venue, with smoking permitted on the adjoining deck.
